With over 30 years in the banking sector, Martin has gained considerable experience across a wide range of strategic and operational business functions.

This included delivering on a broad scope of national projects and change programmes whilst maintaining core business key performance indicators across 22 branch locations in the North East of England & Humberside.

A planned career change in 2021 saw a move into estate management within the education sector. For two years Martin was responsible for the estate management of three secondary schools in County Durham, managing and developing all aspects of Health and Safety, statutory compliance as well as catering and cleaning.

Martin is committed to supporting all pupils, students, staff and communities, providing stakeholders with a safe, secure and comfortable environment in which they can work, learn and thrive.
