Since graduating from Newcastle University, Hayley has worked in a wide range of roles within the public sector, including HR admin, risk management for business continuity and academy business management, before being appointed into her current role with Northern Lights.
Hayley leads internal assurance across the trust and has vast experience of the external audit process for academies. She has supported a range of operational roles in the education sector, both within and beyond the trust.
In 2022 Hayley enrolled with the Chartered Institute for Public Finance Accounting to complete her level 7 accounting qualification, which will equip her with further invaluable skills and knowledge she can then bring to the trust.
