Lisa joined the trust as chief operating officer when Northern Lights merged with Dayspring Trust in February 2023.
She moved into education from the private sector in 2008 and has worked in a wide range of non-teaching roles including governance, administration, business management and, more recently, operations management.
Lisa has gained qualifications in business management and leadership, working in maintained schools and academies across both primary and secondary phases.
Lisa is committed to the development of structures, systems and processes to provide essential services for the support and welfare of staff, pupils and wider stakeholders. She has successfully managed large projects including capital building works, academy due diligence and Health and Safety risk management during the pandemic.
