She believes this is achievable through collaboration and effective partnership working with stakeholders within the trust and beyond. She is passionate about all schools being inclusive in all areas of school life, allowing all pupils to flourish through an unwavering commitment to the five principles of inclusion.

  • Dignity, not deficit
  • Greater complexity merits greater expertise
  • Different, but not apart
  • Success in all its forms
  • Action at all levels

Carole also supports our schools within the Trust in areas such as Safeguarding, Attendance and Behaviour. She wholeheartedly believes that all of the above is achievable through all schools within Northern Lights fostering and embedding a ‘belonging’ culture.
