Sarah works alongside Zoe and the rest of the Teaching School Hub team to ensure that the professional development offer for all is based upon latest research and can support teachers and leaders to make improvements within their settings, leading to improved outcomes for all.
As a facilitator for the early career framework, Sarah has built relationships with both early career teachers and mentors from both school phases. She is committed to making sure that teachers at the beginning of their professional journey receive training which is appropriately contextualised and supports their development.
Having worked in areas of significant deprivation, as both a teacher and senior leader, Sarah is passionate about supporting all children to achieve their best.
