Ruby left school in 2023 and started her career as a Business Admin Apprentice in the private sector, which provided her with the opportunity to learn about how different departments operate within an organisation and find out which aspect she enjoys the most. Ruby has gained experience in HR and is pleased that she has now joined Northern Lights to expand her knowledge.
