Lauren is an experienced teacher and leader who is passionate about supporting and helping others to develop their skills and confidence in the classroom. Lauren has mentored many new and experienced teachers to enhance their practice. She believes in creating supportive and encouraging learning environments where both teachers and pupils thrive.
Lauren feels strongly about the significance of Initial Teacher Training in laying strong foundations for new teachers and strives to build strong relationships with mentors and trainee teachers, where successes and challenges are shared as opportunities for learning.
