Laura has worked in education for 14 years, starting her career in education as an English teacher, before progressing to a range of roles including literacy coordinator and Head of Department, and then gaining senior leadership experience when leading on the quality of education, the curriculum and behaviour and attendance throughout her career. The wide range of roles in the different areas of school leadership have allowed Laura to have a relentless drive on improving standards which have significantly improved the outcomes for young people.
Laura strongly believes in the Trust Vision (children and young people are at the heart of everything we do) and every decision she makes is centred around what is best for the students who attend our trust schools.
