He has a proven track record of rapid school improvement, having led significant gains in attendance, behaviour, outcomes, and community confidence in some of the most challenging school communities in the region.
He holds an unshakeable belief in the potential of every child and every member of staff, and is committed to building school communities where people feel valued, safe, and genuinely proud to belong.
