Gemma has worked in primary education for over 20 years, serving in a variety of schools across the North East. Throughout her career, she has led a range of curriculum subjects, held pastoral leadership responsibilities, and gained extensive experience as a SENDCo.
Gemma is deeply committed to Holley Park’s philosophy that pupils are at the heart of everything we do. She is passionate about creating a fully inclusive environment where every child is supported to achieve, succeed and thrive.
