Zoe has a passion for ensuring that teachers and leaders have access to the best professional development to ensure children and young people achieve optimum outcomes.

She is committed to supporting schools both within the trust and across the Teaching School Hub (TSH) region, comprising some 400 schools. Exceptional initial teaching training, early career framework, appropriate body status as well as other CPD including NPQs are delivered with a real belief in how the golden thread of professional development and training can transform education.

Zoe ensures that the TSH is embedded within strong professional networks across the region.

As an experienced teacher and SENDCo across multiple schools, Zoe shares the trust’s and the TSH’s ethos of putting children at the heart of all activities and decision-making.
