Helen Ashton is an experienced educational leader with a passion for inclusion and providing the very best education for every child. She has served as a Headteacher since 2014 and has been at Firthmoor Primary School since 2024. Helen has also held the role of National Leader of Education, supporting school improvement across the region.
She feels privileged to have worked within communities across the North East and is deeply committed to ensuring every child receives the highest quality educational experience. Inclusion lies at the heart of the schools Helen has led, and she strives to create environments where all children can thrive and achieve their full potential.
