Since graduating from the University of Newcastle Leanne has worked in the private sector. With 23 years’ experience in leadership and people management, Leanne is passionate about coaching, supporting and developing others.
Experienced in change management Leanne has worked collaboratively across the Northeast to deliver organisational change projects, keeping people at the heart of everything she does. She is committed to developing a proactive approach to HR across the Trust.
