Neil works for the NHS within Estates and Facilities and performance manages the delivery of front-line estates and facilities services to patients within three Private Finance Initiative (PFI) funded hospitals in the North East. He has over 20 years of experience in delivering capital projects and is a Freedom to Speak Up Champion, providing a ‘listening ear’ to staff who wish to speak up about concerns within the NHS.
Neil is passionate about the education of young people, has been involved in governance in the education sector for ten years and brings a breadth of experience to the Trust.
